TMI! went to the toilet and had clear egg white type discharge. Could this be mucus plug?? I've been having very light brown discharge for a few weeks now but this is very clear and a bit like discharge when I'm fertile

I don't think so, in my experience ((4 pregnancies) it was a lot more obvious, thicker and a bit blood stained, didn't all come out at once but definitely not like EWCM

Mine didn’t look like that. Mine was blood stained and thick. Sorry to disappoint

I would speak to your midwife if you’ve had brown discharge and then this in case you have an infection.

I only lost mine once in three pregnancies and it was pretty obvious. I think you'll know.

Mine looked like pink jelly. It stood proud of the paper. From what I can see here, this just looks like normal discharge, sorry. Still, the good news is, it isn't a necessary precursor to going into labour.
