My Cycles are long 38-56 days , luteal length 11 days. Last period May 2,2020. By a regular 28 days cycle I should be 7 wks but I am irregular I don't know how far I am not the Dr.
*June 16 Positive pregnancy test
*June 17 ER visit (left side cramps/ history of ectopic before (2013) HCG 218 Ultrasound showed nothing inside or outside the uterus. Just small left corpus luteum.

*June 22 HCG 974
*June 24 HCG 1,123 not doubling
*June 26 HCG 1,292 not doubling
Ultrasound 6/26 -No evidence of ectopic pregnancy, clear ovaries and tubes. Uterus: shows a tiny sac (but dr is not sure)
Treatment plan: D&C or Methotrexate (Preference by dr) because according to her this is non viable just based on the beta only. And to be “safe” better to terminate the pregnancy.
I feel heartbroken plus I feel I was pressured so much today to get the shot without even the time to process everything. I feel no cramps today and there has not been any bleeding or any other issues. Anyone here went to something similar? Any insights?
