Does this sound like heat exhaustion?

Hello,
New here. Currently 27 weeks pregnant with DC 3. The heat has been getting to me for the last few days, but generally just sweaty, tired and not sleeping well whilst wfh and looking after a 6 and 3 yr old.
This morning I got particularly hot and sweaty doing the usual routine-breakfast, getting kids dressed etc. Went straight into my usual 15 min prenatal yoga routine and a few mins in after bending over exercises e.g downward dog etc. I had what I can only describe as a funny turn. Dizzy, zoned out, sweating profusely, nauseous and ringing/ crackling in my ears. I lay down with my legs up and and then got some air to cool down. I've since been lying down in bed, sipping water next to open window and have cooled down, but still feel a bit dizzy and exhausted. Does this sound like heat exhaustion or something else? In the current circumstances getting hold of midwives is difficult. I've never had a reaction to heat/ exercise like it. In general this pregnancy has been much tougher than my previous two with a whole load of symptoms I've never had before.
Thanks in advance for any insight!

I’d get hold of your Midwife and get checked out as what you’re describing could also be due to blood pressure issues. Better to get checked out x

I would just give your MAU a call to run it by them.

It does sound like it's the heat though. I'm 33 weeks and have struggled the last few days. Yesterday in particular I just felt really unwell. I felt sick all day, had a pounding headache, was really tired and kept having dizzy spells making me think I was going to faint. I stayed indoors all day and made sure I was well hydrated but I just couldn't cool down or shift the poorly feeling.

I know it wasn't BP in my case as i just saw the midwife the day before and it was fine and I am feeling a bit better today.
