Swelling in 1 foot 34 weeks pregnant

Hi guys, I have swelling in 1 foot but not the other I have checked my blood pressure and its normal so does that sound anything to be concerned about? It doesnt hurt either

Is it just your foot or your whole leg? I don't mean to panic you but a sign of a clot in the leg is swelling and being pregnant puts you at high risk.
Is it red or painful? Might be worth phoning 111 to see what they think.
