Can you have ice cream? I looked on the back and it doesn't say pasteurised milk?
It's reconstituted milk. What the heck's that?

Yes have ice cream, you'll be fine🍦

Reconstituted means this:

(of dried food or drink) restored to its original state by the addition of water.
"reconstituted milk"

Ice cream has been one of my favourite cravings! I'm 33 weeks now and absolutely fine.

By law, it has to state if it's unpasteurised so if it doesn't say either way then it's fine.

I'm fairly sure it's just the soft mr whippy type from ice cream vans you should avoid. Not because of the actual icecream but just the bacteria that can be in the pipes. Everything else is fine.
