I'm 13+4 with my second. The last couple of days I've felt a slight tapping or pulsing feeling if I'm lay still. Could this be baby or is it way too early?
I felt movement with my first about 17 weeks but as I remember it it felt the same as what I'm feeling now?

People will say no, but I’m 36 weeks first time mum with a VERY active baby and could feel him from 14 weeks. My midwife didn’t believe me until she did the Doppler and she could hear him jumping about my stomach and confirmed the movements I felt were in fact the baby! I was really quite slim before pregnancy which she says is the reason for feeling him so early. And I was able to see him kick around 20 weeks :)

When I had my 12 week scan it was jumping about so much I couldn't believe it, with my first she just lay there so I didn't realise they could be so active so early on!

Can't speak from personal experience being only 10.5 weeks with my first, but my midwife said women who have already had a baby often feel movements much earlier.

@Twitchett22 deffo movement then! My 12 week scan he looked like I had just ate a kilo of sugar Hahaha! Good luck because it only gets worse as time goes on 😂

I'm sure I could feel my second at around 14 weeks, sometimes I think I can feel this one but I'm only 11 weeks so probably my imagination!

I'm hoping it is movements I can feel, sometimes I forget I'm even pregnant as I still just look fat and I can't wait for the day when I can feel the kicks. I wonder if this time round it'll be a boy if it's already super active 😂

Hi OP. FTM and currently 26 weeks. I've felt flutters and bubbles popping as early as 13 weeks as I also have a very active baby! It was quite from my scan (I was 13+1 when I had my scan) that I wasn't imagining things as he was all over the shop and would lie still! 😂 He's a proper wriggler!
He now likes to kick the crap out of me at 4am! 😝 good times 👍🏻

Yes. I've felt both of mine at around 13 weeks. It's very fleeting and light at that stage but IME it's unmistakeably "something else" and later on it definitely translates into baby movement.

Definitely possible! I didn't notice my first until 16/17 weeks but my second I felt movement from 13 weeks! Like proper kicks! Crazy!
