Only had a sip of lemon grass tea and found out it was bad !!

Hey girls i had a sip of lemon grass tea and I decided to search it on google to see if it's okay to drink and found out it's not good to drink during pregnancy and now I'm scared 🥺

One sip will do no harm. I've not seen advice to avoid it. Is it on the NHS site?
