Early scan PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I've just had an early scan for reassurance, no miscarriage symptoms or anything but the outcome has concerned me

Last period 2nd May 2020

My cycles last 28 days, bang on

I should be 7 weeks, the sonographer seen the gestation sac, yolk sac but no heartbeat and said I'm too early.

She said I'm measuring 8mm approx 4.5 - 5 weeks pregnant.

I haven't had sex around the dates that would make me 4.5 - 5 weeks pregnant.

Is this the bad outcome I think it is? She advised to come back in 3 weeks but the wait is going to kill me, I know no one on here for sure, just looking for reassurance really?

Please be as brutally honest as you need to.

I'm having pregnancy symptoms, but I have been for 6 weeks. I tested on 3rd June and got a strong positive And a 1-2 weeks on the test

I'm taking a clear clue digital test to see if the dates advanced from when I last took one

I will be crossing everything for you october. Seeing as you have moved up in days since scan last Friday it looks hopeful and bleeding can happen for a variety of reasons - I'm living proof of this (it's thought DD was a twin). Are you still experiencing pregnancy symptoms?
Take it very easy and hope the times goes quickly for when you next test
