Should I be worried? I feel very worried.
Shall I call my EPU or go to A&E?

I'd call the EPU and see what they say. No point going to A&E, you'll be waiting forever as it's not really an A&E type thing.

It could be nothing - pain in that area could be stretching pain, and bleeding in early pregnancy is quite common. See what the EPU say.
