So been having this pain since a week now, it's in the pelvic area like between the leg and vagina if you know what I mean lol its mostly there when I get up after lying down or sitting like a sharp pain and usually goes away when I walk for like 1-2 mins anyone else experienced this? Is just the baby putting pressure??

It could be pelvic varicose veins. I had awful pain in my groin and vulval area when pregnant with dc2. At the time I didn't know what the pain was, it felt very sharp and like my bones were trying to break out. Later I was diagnosed with pelvic varicose veins, they said I had had them a while and pregnancy would have made them worse. Can you contact your midwife?

@MoreRainbowsPlease yeah could be something like that when I ask lying or sitting it's fine when I get up it really hurts for the first 1 minute then gradually goes away when I walk, have an appointment with midwife next week so will mention it to her then x

Mine was like that, hurt more when I sat down, but would then ease and then would hurt enough to almost make me cry when I would get up. I didn't get any help at the time (I think I thought it was normal!), but not long after I had ds2 I had an ultrasound which showed pelvic varicose veins and when they said that they would have been worse during pregnancy and what the symptoms would have been, and it all seemed to make sense.
