Anyone experienced a MMC but still had symptoms?

Hi ladies, I think I'm bang on 5 weeks today. I know this is my anxiety talking, but I'm worried I'm going to go through a 3rd MMC. I can't remember with my first 2 whether I still had symptoms - I'm fairly sure I felt completely normal again by this point, after having tender breasts for a few days after my missed period. This time I have very tender breasts, feel sick if I let myself get hungry and have pregnancy insomnia (although this may also be due to my anxiety!)

Has anyone still had symptoms, particularly tender breasts, with a MMC? thank you.

I’ve had a mixed experience. 2 of my miscarriages were mmc. One I didn’t have many symptoms, the second I had sore breasts and dizzy spells.

Unfortunately yes I did, I still had very sore breasts and was being sick right up to my medical management for MMC.

Thank you both - it helps me to mentally prepare for the worst.

I've had three MMC and a spontaneous MC. I only lost symptoms with one of the three MMC. The other two I was completely unaware I'd lost them. One of them I'd seen a heartbeat at 8 weeks and baby looked perfect but a week later at a 'reassurance' scan baby had died a couple of days before.

Also, symptoms come and go with a healthy pregnancy so I don't think there is any way of knowing sadly Sad. I really hope you have a sticky bean in there xx

I was the same unfortunately and full on symptoms up until I had medical management which made it all so hard to believe. Think, it's hard to not be anxious after a MMC but hoping this pregnancy will be fine for you 🤞🏻 I had early scans in my following pregnancies at around 8-10 weeks which I found reassuring.
