I'm so sorry OP.

Have you spoken to the Miscarriage Association helpline? Either for practical advice on where to go from here, or just for support and being able to talk in real time to someone who "gets it".

And I'm so sorry your gynae investigations before, didn't give you any answers. "Unexplained" can properly mess with your head. (Though my only experience is from the perspective of unexplained infertility, not unexplained recurrent miscarriage, so I can't add anything practical that's of help.)
