How to get rid of ‘furry’ throat?

Well at 9+2 the sickness has well and truly hit! None of the 3 meals eaten today has stayed down!
Anyone have any tips on how to get rid of the ‘furry’ feeling in your throat after being sick? No amount of liquids are helping and isn’t helping the feeling sick!
TIA :)

I got through loads of fisherman's friends / aniseed balls / liquorice / crystallised ginger in my pregnancies to solve that sensation.
Probably dreadful for my teeth but worked at the time!
