I’m only 28 weeks and my consultant was unconcerned at this stage as baby has lots of time to turn to head down.
I’m just very aware that as I’ve been working from home for the last 12 weeks I have spent a significant amount of time sitting.
Can anyone recommend some rest positions (for example in the evenings) which I could try.
My first baby was back to back and a long and traumatic delivery so trying to be as proactive as I can be.
