Anyone experienced spotting and sharp pains after 20week scan??

Was just wondering if anyone had heard of anyone having or had mild spotting/brown discharge the day after their 20week scan. Had scan yesterday and all was well with baby, but then last night experience very small amount of spotting and then small amount of brown discharge since, along side sharp pain in my left side ( could be baby has moved as not felt as much movement since 4am). Midwife said not to worry too much and monitor, just looking for reassurance.

No spotting, but I had cramping after both scans. If it’s only a small amount and brown it doesn’t sound dangerous, I’m sure I’ve heard somewhere that 1/3 of women have some spotting during pregnancy

I'm 24 weeks tomorrow and I've had some wicked pains since my 20 week scan, but no spotting though to date.
They are really sharp shooting pains in various locations but mainly on my right side. Midwife said it's ligament pain and the right side is where my little bundles legs are and he very much likes to kick the crap out of me on a daily basis so I'm guessing that's the reason for the right side pain as it is right wherever his feet are at the time.
The pain will vary from dull aches to sharp pain. If the pain becomes too much for you then get straight onto your maternity assessment unit.

Thanks for the replies, had a bath and sharp pains have eased so maybe it was baby and discharge is decreasing😊 just waiting for darling baby to move into another position so I can feel her kicks and be reassured she’s ok again.
