So at my last appointment (a week ago) I was told baby is transverse and all day today I've been so sore on the left side of my bump. It's not coming in waves, it's pretty constant.

It gets worse with movement but still sore when I'm just sitting. I've had no bleeding and baby is still kicking loads.

Is this just a symptom of a transverse baby or something I should be worried about? Help!

No experience but didn’t want to read and run, absolutely no harm in calling your midwife and seeing if they can do something to assess.
