24 weeks, tired, confused and overwhelmed...normal?

24+3 and having a really weird week. I'm unbelievably tired again this week and feeling totally overwhelmed. As a first time mum, I wondered if this is normal?

I have chronic migraine, and they've started to return after the first 14 weeks with no migraines. I'm trying to set up a creative business but feel totally unmotivated (because, how do you plan when life is going to change so much in a few months?), I'm really unfocused and foggy headed and just feeling very overwhelmed by everything. But it's making me feel a bit lost, and I'm not being very productive.

Is this just a pregnancy phase? I feel so not like me right now. Just tired, unmotivated, confused and overwhelmed 😒 my husband keeps asking what's wrong but I'm struggling to explain it 😐

I'm also 24+3 and experienced everything you described last week. I was asleep most nights before 9- I went from feeling okay to being conked out on the sofa snoring away. I hardly did any work and was really demotivated.

Feeling a lot better this week. My. UNO changed shape last week so don't know if the baby is growing or what? I'm putting that down to the lack of energy. I had a blood test last week so waiting for those results too.

I'm sure it will pass!

@Bubble29 that's really interesting! I'm sorry you had the same but glad to hear you're feeling better. I'm not the best with self compassion so I really struggle at times where I feel like this, because I'm just constantly trying to fix it. I ended up in triage earlier in the week because I felt so ill and I was sooooo disoriented when I arrived there, but everything was fine. So it's all a bit odd really 🤷‍♀️
