Any pregnant employed childcare workers on here? Will you be working in 3rd trimester?

Hi all

I'm a nanny and am working at the moment, my employer may be furloughing me in 3rd trimester (I'm now 21 weeks) but not confirmed as yet, just wanted to see what everyone else is doing?

My nursery has been shut since lockdown, they opened this week. They decided to keep about 25% of us on furlough, because of the lack of children. They put me in this category as I’m 32 weeks. I will go straight from furlough to mat leave x

I don't work in childcare, but under the rules your employer would need to furlough you by 10th June or they won't be able to when you reach your third trimester.
