I'm 37+3 and just wondering as I've read that diarrhoea can be a sign labour is approaching I just wondered has anyone experienced this and how many days did you have before labour

I’ve been having diarrhoea and nausea on and off now since 37 + 3, I’m now 38 + 6 and still no sign of baby 🙈

A friend of my mine had a funny stomach and nausea a couple of weeks leading up to her pregnancy. She didn't get it and then went into labour, but you never know!

I've had diarrhoea a few times since about 37 weeks...everytime my mum has instantly been 'OMG LABOUR'
...currently 40+2 😂

So was I @Goldenmother 😢

I'm 38+2 and don't feel close to labour at all! A group I'm on have members where they say they've felt the baby 'drop' but mine seems quite happy to stay 'up'. I had an ELCS with my first but that was at 39 weeks and I don't remember feeling any signs then! I think I'm destined to go over 40 weeks but I have to be induced in that case as I'm sooooooo old.

So I'll prob still be here at 40+, I told my partner we are going on a long walk tomorrow, I can't tell if I've dropped as my bumps been pretty low most of the time
