Hi everyone, Im wondering whats best to drink during pregnancy, I have the odd black tea once a day and the rest is either redbush or a herbal like peppermint, I never know what is really safe to drink, can anyone share what they drink? Thanks

You can safely have up to 200mg of caffeine a day.

I have a cup of coffee in the morning then stick to peppermint tea or decaf tea/coffee after that.

I drank the same in pregnancy as I did in non pregnancy. So lots of water either cold from the tap or hot with a slice of lemon/sprig of mint. Also, lots of other fruit and herbal teas like green tea, chamomile, nettle, raspberry, lemongrass, fennel, turmeric, liquorice, ginger and on and on and on. When hot, I liked decaffeinated iced tea with lemon.

Occasional watered down fruit juice and lots of ice and an Earl Grey now and then too.

I love green tea with jasmine, and green tea is lower caff so you can have more cups 🍵

I've just been having decaf normal (black) tea - when I'm not off the taste of it!

Otherwise it's been just cold drinks, or the occasional peppermint or chamomile. Pukka do an amazing apple and cinnamon tea - it's more of an autumn/winter drink though and pretty expensive, but I had that in early pregnancy

I have anything between 1-3 cups of normal tea a day. May switch of them out for a coffee if I feel like it. My coffees will be generally weaker than I would have them normally.

I drink Clipper organic decaf tea and coffee. The tea bags need to stew a bit longer but we drink them ordinarily, they taste nice I think.
