Can you post a pic of pregnancy test at 5w?

Bonus points if it's an internet cheapie. I'm worrying myself sick, thinking mine is too light to be 5w (23 DPO).

I had a heavy bleed that I thought was a period, but my tests are getting darker. I am waiting for an appointment at the EPU.

But in the meantime....

Does this look about right? How dark were your test lines at 5 weeks?

I think yours is quite dark. That was mine probably 4.5 weeks. I've seen on here before though that darkness of lines isn't always a sign of anything just to maybe make you not pee on the sticks every day.

This was mine at 14 dpo but it’s a blue dye test so might not be the best comparison!

Yours definitely looks positive to me! I’m not sure the darkness of the line signals that much tbh.

On the second pic I think the darker line is the test line and the lighter line is the control line. Exactly like mine!

The first IC was taken at 20DPO 2nd 21DPO (5 weeks for me) and 3rd 23DPO.

The CB was from 14DPO and the two FRER were taken @ 15 & 16 DPO.

Had a scan yesterday and everything is fine. 14+2.

Have you tried a clear blue digital? Higher threshold. I did one at 4 + 1 and it registered a reading after getting positives on pink dye internet cheapies and a FRER the day before. I don't trust darker lines on tests after MMC found at 12 week scan (baby stopped at 9 weeks) and then spontaneous miscarriage at almost 7 weeks. Strong lines from the start didn't count. It would be better to get blood HCG levels done and repeated to see the levels climb. I appreciate it's not easy to do that these days. So early, you might not get a reliable result from an EPU scan either. I had one at 5 + 5 with my DD due to bleeding and the heartbeat wasn't there yet. I had such severe bleeding at 13 weeks that I filled a bed pan. DD is 8 now.
