Oh my god I’m 37 weeks and don’t think I’ve slept more than around 4 hours a night in over a week. I am so exhausted by the evening that when I go to bed I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow, but literally 2 hours later I’m wide awake again. This continues all night till around 430 when I just get up cause I can’t take it anymore.

If one more person says ‘get used to that when the baby comes’ I will scream haha! It’s like I know that’s why I am so desperate for some rest now! Anyone else in the same boat or have any tips that could help? Smile

@Superscientist That's a really good suggestion. Also although that sounds so scary when you had your allergic reaction, i'm so glad the paramedics were so lovely. Imagine if they knew they continued to help even now :)

@Meadows20 great idea. I think that would help so much, and i'm so with you when my partner is sleeping and i'm not I feel such insane resentment which I know is crazy 😂 Will definitely look into one of those. He actually works shifts so every once in a while when he's on nights I get the bed to myself and its pure heaven!
