Anyone have useful tips for enjoying the first few weeks and blocking out the negative thoughts?

I would say a nice walk 30 mins a day with your earphones and some good podcasts or music you love. Do you the world of good. Will make you feel less anxious. Fresh air and exercise I literally feel fixes lots of negative thoughts. Wishing you all the best! 👍🏻

Just taking it one day at a time and reminding yourself daily that the odds are still very much in your favour this time. This is a new pregnancy and it isn't the same as the last time. I tell myself this all the time and it's true. The current situation with coronavirus doesn't make it easy as we tend to be less busy at the moment but I found the days where I had a lot to get on with were a lot easier to get through. All the best with your new pregnancy!
