was just wondering if anyone could help?! I had a miscarriage 5 weeks ago. I was only around 8/9 weeks. I took a test a Week after my miscarriage and it was negative. I've been having unprotective sex since 2 weeks after the miscarriage and have not had my period. I took the test and it came up with this faint line. Not sure if this is just me who can see the line. Or if this could even be an evap line! Someone help Confused

Completely possible. I had a miscarriage at 6.4weeks on 10th April, ovulated 2 weeks later and now I'm 6 weeks pregnant!

Omg really. I'm sorry to hear about the miscarriage but congratulations! Do you think that could be a positive test result then x

Yep, happened to me, definitely possible.

Thank you all for the reassurance! I'll take another test in a couple days then x

I have 😁. I'm 5 weeks pregnant after my misscarrage at the end of April 🤞 all goes well.

It looks like a faint line but the picture is a bit blurry

cydb · 24/05/2020 17:37

Yeah I'm sorry the picture quality isn't the best but thank you! And no way really ? Hopefully the same things happened with me! Congratulations by the way x

It certainly is! I had a positive pregnancy test 3 weeks after a miscarriage last year. My baby turns 4 months old tomorrow!

I'm so happy to hear that you all have fallen pregnant after your miscarriage. Was there any complications as I know I'm a worrier but I'm worried I'll have a miscarriage again x

No complications for me, just an awful lot of worry until my 12 week scan which I think is natural. Best of luck and hope all goes well x

I have heard that you're more fertile after a miscarriage (basically, it works like an endometrial scratch and makes implantation easier or something like that ?)

It took me a bit longer after my miscarriage (miscarried in june, got pregnant in september). But it's definitely possible to get pregnant immediately after a miscarriage. I read a study that said the outcome was actually more positive for people who didn't wait to try again, as opposed to people who waited 6 months.

Oh really? I see something like that too. But I suffer with PCOS so was worrying that after my miscarriage I wouldn't be able to fall pregnant again or for a long time. X

I was pregnant within 6 weeks of my miscarriage. My GP at the time told me that after a miscarriage the uterus is a very clean place for a new baby to implant. His advice was that it will happen when everything is ready for it to happen and not to worry about waiting. Fingers crossed for you OP, looks like a positive test, congrats :)
