Hillingdon hospital.. bad experiences?

Hi all, Was supposed to have a midwife call yesterday at 10.15, she rang me at 9 saying can we do it at 11. I said yeah thats fine and then she rang me at 11.45 saying im so sorry its been hectic can we reschedule to tommorow at 10.30, my diarys clear tommorow (today). Its 10.50am and still nothing. For first impressions this isnt great. Has anyone been with Hillingdon and what were your experiences? Thanks!

I gave birth at Hillingdon at the end of 2018 and I couldn’t rate them high enough. My labour had complications and honestly without the midwives I may not have had the same happy ending. I would be more than happy to have another baby there.

I appreciate this may not be a good start but they are under so much pressure at the moment I would give them the benefit of the doubt for now. Best of luck
