How can I flatten my stomach after second birth?

I just found out that I'm pregnant with baby #2. All very exciting for us and we just can't wait! I gave birth 20 months ago with my first, However, after my first pregnancy, my tummy never went back to normal or anywhere close. It is sagging(combination of skin and fat). I've tried working out in lockdown and I noticed a little difference in my stomach but now that I'm pregnant I will have to leave all ab exercises out until after I've given birth.

My questions is, is there still hope that after having my second baby, my tummy can go back to at least a lot flatter than it is currently if I do all the right things? I'm worried that once these muscles stretch again, there will be no hope Confused

I'm after some tips and tricks on what I should do to help tighten my stomach after my second birth.

Use a belly band ASAP right after birth - 12 hours on everyday ... read the belly band thread someone created on the forum recently! I’ve commented lots too... worked wonders for me (even after a c-section).
Congrats on pregnancy 2!

You also can do moderate ab work for at least the first trimester - if anything you should do as it will help support your back as the bump grows.
