Hi,

FTM pregnant with MCDA Twins - have woken up this morning with quite sore cramping low in my belly, and a real nausea feeling, I’m due to be sectioned this day week but feel really a bit odd this morning.

Anyone have any thoughts? Just normal pregnancy stuff or a sign labour could be on route?? I think I’m a bit paranoid about not recognising I am in labour.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I can't give you any advice, as I'm only at 30 weeks. It's also my first pregnancy, but with a singleton. To be honest if I was in your shoes I would call the hospital, they are always the best people to call in doubt. All the best for your delivery xx

Thanks for your reply! I feel so neurotic about every little thing, but I suppose a wee quick call won’t annoy anyone! 😬

Call the hospital - that’s what they’re there for! As you know lots of twin pregnancies don’t make it to the planned delivery date - could be labour, or UTI needing treating, or pre eclampsia w the nausea... hope alls well and things settle though :)

Thanks! I actually did have a suspected UTI so maybe that’s what it is, hospital said just pop in so they can check me over 😁
