Ladies! Have a fasting blood test for tomorrow cant sleep and incredibly hungry help !

I have a fasting blood test for gestational diabetes tomorrow but since 12am I am feeling so hungry and cant seem to fall asleep what do I do ladies? I am driving myself crazy! Help

Hot water bottle on the stomach. Don't know why it works, it just does.

Just drank a glass of water will try the water bottle aswell cant even sleep this is so annoying :(
