So I just found out I'm pregnant with my second baby. My first is only 7 months old. I stopped around 8 weeks with my first but it's a lot harder this time round, can anyone give me any advice on how to stop.
Also how can I get over the fear of my first baby being left out of our relationship being ruined? And will I be able to cope with 2 babies?

I had these fears too with DS#1 but as soon as DS#2 came all my worries went away. You will automatically (without thinking about it) share your time between your children. It just comes naturally, a mothers bond is always strong and unbreakable so please don't worry about "ruining your relationship" you our child will still know they are very much loved. Many mums worry if they will cope with more than one child and they have this fear right up until their little one is born. But that fear will go. I worried about having more than one and will I cope and yes there are times where it can be a struggle but those days don't happen very often. Try not to worry (easier said than done I know) but it will all come naturally and I'm sure you will be great!

tam18 congratulations on your pregnancy. Hope that you're not feeling too rough.

Re: stopping smoking. Call your GP and/or health visitor. There are smoking cessation services that may be running online that they can refer you to.
