Sickness has now turned to hunger?

I had bad ms since 6 weeks I’m now 16. Had a scan Tuesday so assuming everything is still ok. Just feel a bit weird as the last few days I haven’t been sick or felt that bad. I’m actually starting to feel really hungry and wanting to eat all the time, feels odd seeing as I’ve lost a stone from not eating and just hating food in general since the start of the pregnancy. I couldn’t even look at food or open the fridge some days it was that bad. Is this normal at 16 weeks?

OP I've not stopped eating! There is a thread on here somewhere about confessions and eating and things is pregnant ladies are eating is outstanding, regardless of how far gone you are!
Second trimester is when you start to put some weight on (17lb and counting 😭) and you will just feel hungry ALL THE TIME!!!!
I had my dinner at 6.30pm and I've since polished off a bag of sweets and a bowl if cereal and I'm about to have myself a hot chocolate!
Enjoy feeling well and just get yourself in that fridge and eat away! 😁😁😁

I'm the same. I lost a stone up to 12 weeks. Now 15 and I cannot stop shovelling it in. It wouldn't be so bad if it was good food but on an craving fizzy sweets and anything sugary.
I promised myself that I was only going to eat when actually hungry today. The problem is, I have been hungry all day.

Thankyou 😂 good to know it’s normal!! I was actually glad I lost some weight as I needed to tbh. I’m not eating too bad but I notice I do mainly eat because I have the metal taste in my mouth so sweet things get rid of it but only while I eating 😂😣
So far today I’ve had weetabix, 2 veg samosas beans on toast apples and grapes some chocolates out of a milk tray box and a can of coke.
It’s a lot compared to what I’ve been eating lately!!
That’s how I feel now constantly hungry, I’ve just had fruit again and now fancy something else as my stomachs rumbling 😐 got a feeling I’m gonna quickly put that stone back on soon lol

Absolutely normal. I found that perpetual grazing was the only thing that stopped my constant nausea up to 16 wks with both DC.
Congratulations!

I was often having two dinners when I was pregnant :o

I would eat ALL day everyday if I could. I'm 30 weeks. I found the only thing that kinda helped was ice lollies... they kinda distract me enough to stop thinking about food...

I've actually had to stop allowing chocolate and sweets to enter my house. I will eat them. Within ten minutes.

I ate EVERYTHING when I was pregnant.

Enjoy 😉

I'm the same could barely stomach a thing because of horrendous morning sickness in the first trimester.
Second trimester made up for it big time. Huge appetite, mad cravings, never full, constant snacking etc.
Coming up to 3rd trimester now and heartburn is having a major effect on my dating habits! Also baby is bigger and I don't feel like I have as much space in there to manage big portions anymore even though I might want them.
