For the past few weeks I've been feeling like a stitch in my lower right abdomen.. its uncomfortable and seems to appear most days.. not excruciating pain but the fact I can feel anything worries me. Can anyone say if they have felt this an if everything was ok? Also getting headaches every couple days over last few weeks.

I’m 15+3 and have been having this for the last couple of weeks, it’s the same discomfort I feel if I stretch with my arms up or roll around in bed a bit too energetically, I think it’s ligament pain Smile

Hiya, I’m 15+4 and the stitch like pain does sound like ligaments stretching 👍

I’ve suddenly started having headaches the last two weeks (seems I swapped the nausea for this lol). The last 4 days I’ve got one through the night so I wake up early with a really bad one!.

I’m sure they’re just hormone related x

I'm 20+5 and been having pains as you described from 7 weeks and they are still going, but not as localised as they were, so unless you start bleeding or you're in serious pain, then you sound ok, but I'm no doctor. It's your ligaments stretching to make room for baby.
Headaches are common too. I started getting them up to around 17 weeks before they started wearing off, but the second trimester is renowned for headaches. There are some lucky people that don't get them!

Ladies thank u so much for your replies, just to know others are feeling the same things really helps. This is my first so everything really worries me. Cannot thank u all enough!! Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy's!! Feel like I can enjoy it a lil more after seeing its not necessarily a bad sign.. feeling relieved!!

Sounds daft but see it as a positive when you get the aches and pains (again, as long as they aren't serious pains!) as it's a sign baby is growing! 🥰
