30 week scan - baby 4lbs currently eek anyone else had this and what was your outcome please?

Worrying a little. Baby measuring big atm at 30 weeks - 4lbs.

I had a GD test 2 weeks ago but they did another today to check.

I was wondering if anyone else had the same and what your outcome was please?

Think my second was about that size at that stage. Was 9lb12oz at birth but all quite straightforward. You've got a while yet, don't stress too much about size off one scan.

At 30 weeks mine was 3 and a half pounds, which is also a bit big, and by 32 he was 4lb 15. I have gestational diabetes though which I guess might have caused this but sometimes babies are just bigger so you aren’t necessarily diabetic. If you are don’t worry there’s lots of help and guidance and medication available

At 31 weeks she was 4lb 3oz and born at 39 weeks at 7lb 3oz
