Anyone else get this?
I'm usually fine in the morning but once I've had breakfast it starts and it's really annoying.
It started about a week ago.

I'm not 22 weeks yet but have had a constant dry mouth/thirst from about week 3, I'm week 12 now and it's still continuing. Mine is especially bad at night/in the morning. I drink loads at night, well over a pint and I'm constantly getting up to go to the toilet. The max amount of sleep I get without waking up is 3 hours

I feel constantly thirsty no matter how much I drank. I find that rocket ice lollies really help. They are cold which seems to help and they have a bit of sugar in them and so taste quite good. Food at the moment just tastes of nothing for me.
I got sick of water and juice or anything else but find these are really helping.

I’m not sure if it’s just later on this is valid but extreme thirst and a dry mouth can signal gestational diabetes, it did for me but I was further along! Maybe mention it at your next appointment

Yep ice lollies were my saviour for dry mouth as well as nausea. Also sucking on ice cubes helps.
