With being pregnant I know there will be weight gain but I didn't know why everyone was doing to stay active as im having to work long hours from home I'm only getting to go on long walks at the weekend. I was going to do aqua natal classes but with lockdown that's not going to happen so didn't know what people were doing at home to stay fit? Smile

There's an Instagram page called bumps and burpees that I've found really good. As well as grid post workouts, three or four days a week there's live lunchtime workouts that I've been doing to break up my work day.

Search for Babyfit by Amy on YouTube. I've found her Workouts OK too

@Daisysandviolets could you go for a gentle jog in your lunch break or before/after work? I am still enjoying jogging in the parks at 22 weeks. I don't like exercising at home - get too hot indoors!
