Hi. I found out last week that I have a hemotoma. I’m roughly 5 weeks so they could only see sac, yolk sac and hemotoma on internal scan.. the bleeding is very light but when I have BM it gets a little heavier might seem a stupid question but can this cause problems as I’m a little constipated. Has anyone else been through anything similar ?

I have one. I've had three massive bleeds with huge clots. The first time it happened at 7 weeks we assumed i'd miscarried. I'm now 11+3 and not had much bleeding for over two weeks, just a bit of brown spotting now and again. I've had regular scans and baby doesn't seem bothered.

I hope all goes well for you, let me know if you have any questions.

I had a little bit of bleeding at 7 weeks and then a scan at 9 weeks showed a hematoma. By 12 weeks for my dating scan she said there was no bleed and it must have been reabsorbed
