Hi all,

I keep waking up around 4:30am everyday. I go to bed at 11pm as normal.

Does anyone else have this?

I don't look at my phone/clock until I have been laying there for about 30 mins wide awake then I will look at the time and go and have a bath. After the bath I can normally go back to sleep.

Just interested if anyone else is having this issue :). Thanks so much! xxx

Yep! I've had it from around 30 weeks, pretty much every other day... usually because of hip pain. It's become even worse since 35 weeks

Me! I’m 27 weeks tomorrow and I’ve been waking up 4am every day unable to get back to sleep 🥴 usually manage to sleep for another hour at around 7am, think my body is just used to it now!

I wake after 6 hours, regardless of what time I go to sleep, wether it's solid or broken sleep. I try to stay awake until midnight so I sleep until 6am. But it's hard because I'm so knackered from waking up so early. 😭🤣 I'm only 25 weeks too. Sodding sleepless nights before the baby even arrives!

I had in it in my first pregnancy from about 24 weeks or so. It was horrendous. I'd be up for hours and then maybe get another hour sleep before getting up for work - I ended up finishing work 3 weeks earlier than planned because I was exhausted. I slept so much better once baby arrived!

I'm 27 weeks tomorrow and, yep, here we are again!
Pregnancy insomnia sucks.
