Anyone else in the same boat?

I’m 38 weeks with my third, so feel like I could have anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks of pregnancy left!! It’s a huge variation lol.

My last 2 were 10/11 days late, so feel I have the longer time to wait😫

Making the most of the time with my older 2 ... but definitely no last min rush of energy yet!

Ha I know what you mean -only 35 weeks but that 37-42 week bracket is large!

I can’t decide if time is going fast or slow! One minute I want it to hurry up and the next I realise I am very unprepared!

Good luck.

Yes it’s a weird time!! So you could realistically have anywhere between 3-7 weeks !!

I hate the waiting!

I’m 35 weeks this week and not allowed to go over 40 weeks due to gestational diabetes but even that seems to be dragging now, even though I’m
Not fully prepared yet and still haven’t quite bought and sorted out everything I need I’m still getting impatient and can’t wait for him to arrive so a slightly earlier arrival would definitely be welcomed, I blame lockdown for feeling bored 😂

I will keep my fingers crossed you meet your little one before you met the others haha, but yes make the most of the remaining few weeks Grin

I am also 38 weeks today. This is my second but my first was 3 days early. I know that doesn't mean a thing though...

PrinnyPree · 12/05/2020 13:34

I'm 38+3 with my first, not sure I'm ready for an early appearance this week but really don't want to be too far past my due date, I want to be able to sleep in a comfortable position again (for the little sleep I'll be getting) sick of feeling like a capsized tortoise too lol

Cazzy198 · 12/05/2020 13:50

I am 38+4 and a first time mum. I also would love to be able to sleep in a comfortable position again!

I am more than happy for baby to make an early appearance now but no signs that baby is close yet.

flissity · 12/05/2020 14:40

I am more than ready for an arrival now! Especially as the children are still off school, dh working from home etc.. Would be good 🤞🏼

@Catlover10 I’ve finished getting it sorted now. Today the Tens Machine arrived!! So we had fun setting it up on DH and seeing how high he could set the intensity 🤣🤣

@Cazzy198 @PrinnyPree I know.
I am waking up in the night so often and get really sore legs too. As well as back and hips

I'm 38w today too, except I'm luckily booked in for an ELCS next Wed. It's lovely knowing the end is nigh because I am absolutely sick of being pregnant Grin. Hoping baby comes a few days earlier even still!

flissity · 13/05/2020 08:58

So you have an end date!! That’s kind of nice to know :) and exciting too!

We we are 38+1 today... not that I’m counting 🤣

Only the baby knows when the time is right, I'm afraid. Its a long waiting, but soon your baby is born. Be strong.
