Gonna sound really f*cking stupid here šŸ˜‚
But at 16 weeks does the baby taste what I’m eating now?

Apparently they can especially if it’s espsxislly sweet/salty/spicy. Mine kicks and rolls loads after I eat fruit or ice cream or sweets etc.

Yes your amniotic fluid is flavoured somewhat by what you eat.

I had a meatball pasta bake last night and baby went nuts! I actually got my first proper kick too! I think baby was happy I'd had something different than chicken! šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

apparently so its important to eat plenty of allergy risk foods like shellfish and peanuts to get the baby used to them.My first has a peanut allergy so i followed that advice with pregnancy and breastfeeding and so far my second is healthy.

But i will say this with my first she wasn't a fan of jalapenos she would give me a right kicking if i ate them

If I remember rightly the amniotic fluid takes.on the flavour of what you eat and so they do taste not sure what gestation it's from.
