Best reusable/washable nappies for night time

Another nappy related post from me today.. Hoping to try and use washables from the baby's first day at home. I am planning on trying a mix of Bambino Miosolo and MotherEase Wizard Uno for daytimes, but wondered what the best washable nappy is for nighttime? Can I stick with these two brands and just add a booster, or would I need to go for Bamboozle or something else for night times?

Also, a related question - other than for a poo, and assuming I can find a good night time nappy, would it be reasonable to try not to change the baby's nappy at night, e.g. change at every feed?

A miosolo with a couple of boosters should be more than adequate for a newborn. I have never bothered with a night time change unless there was a poo or a leak.

Great to know! Thank you!

I’ve not used mio solos we always used sized two parters for overnight (like bamboozles). However I’ve heard amazing things about the mother ease wizards so they might well be good for overnight. I didn’t change at night unless they’d pooped. All my babies pooped a lot overnight until about 6 wks though (breastfed).

I didn't change at night except for poops. For the first few weeks he pooed after every feed though.

I changed at every feed in the newborn days, but he pooed after every feed. I used regular day time nappies - tots bots at the time.
Now use little lambs and lollipops for night nappies with extra booster, but he's 2 so he sleeps through and doesn't poo at night.
Miosolos for day time for us. I really rate them but they seem to come up big,l (although DC1 is only a little bit) so depending on the size of your baby, miosolos may leak anyway at first.

We use miosolos boosted with bamboo during the day on our 2 year old but have never tried them at night even boosted as they tend to get damp around the elastic once they're very wet which you don't want at night. I'd have thought they'd be ok while you're changing in the night still as they won't be on any longer than during the day, but wouldn't recommend it as a long term solution. Also they'd probably be too big for your newborn.

We've used a few night nappies but have settled on the bamboozle and close pop in wrap combo as utterly bombproof. Never failed us!

Tots Bots Bamboozles with a Motherease wrap. With a thick bamboo booster for toddler. Went 12 hours with no leaks. In the first few weeks we used newborn nappies (Easy Peasy Bimbles with Motherease wrap); same for night and day as we changed her after every night feed.

Second Bamboozles with a mother ease airflow wrap. Plus a hemp booster between nappy and wrap when they get older. Bamboozles aren’t lined so you should add a fleece liner to keep baby dry
