Is thirst an early pregnancy symptom?

I’m very very thirsty all the time, is it an early pregnancy symptom? Not bothered about eating, just craving mainly orange squash

It was for me, not really squash but early on just a crazy thirst for water

I don't know if it's an early symptom but ever since I've got pregnant I'm constantly thirsty like I've never been before and it doesn't seem to get any better.

I never get thirsty, I’ve always been one of them people that you have to remind to drink hahaha that’s why I find it odd

I have been soooo thirsty at night, especially earlier on. I was waking up gasping for a drink and with an extremely dry mouth.

Yes and it was orange squash for me too in at least two of my pregnancies, this one included. I was getting through at least 8 glasses per day for the first few weeks. I'm now 10+3 weeks and not drinking quite so much but still very dry mouth at night.

I wasn't thirstier than usual but definitely peeing a lot more. Good luck 🍀

I've always been very thirsty in both my pregnancies but especially in the first trimester. Although last time my vice was Sprite- specifically ice cold from McDonalds. Thankfully I'm okay with water and the odd squash this time.

I was so thirsty in my first trimester. I've never known anything like it. Usually I'm not the sort to have water by the bed overnight, but I really needed it in those first few weeks.

I was also thirsty in my first trimester! And I’m not a “thirsty person” haha x

It was the first symptom I noticed - I drank a crazy amount of water and had a weird headache the day before I got my bfp.

Makes sense if you think about it - one of the first things that happens is your blood volume increases and all that extra liquid's got to come from somewhere!

Does anyone know if they had thirsty symptoms on day one after conception? Is this possible?

Yessss especially at night. Lemon squash for me!
