Can anyone recommend any pescatarian omega 3 supplements that are phospholipid bound?

Hi,

I'm looking for an omega 3 supplement which is phospholipid bound (would prefer to not to take a liquid if possible). I am pescatarian, so I do not eat meat but I do eat fish. The capsules of the ones I have looked at are all made of bovine gelatine.
Has anyone got any recommendations?

Thank you.

@Katnissx

I don't take pills/capsules, but have gone off fish in pregnancy. I'm getting my omega 3 through this:

linwoodshealthfoods.com/uk/product/milled-organic-flaxseed/

Flaxseed (can buy it from supermarkets) and just sprinkle it into your porridge/granola, even apparently you can add it to normal meals. It's a really easy way of getting a good amount of omega 3, and relatively cheap too. Smile
