Mamas and papas ocarro

Hi, I'm really tempted to buy the mamas and papas ocarro but in all the photos it has a strap hanging from the handlebar. I think this is so you can loop your wrist through it. I was just wondering if it comes off? I think I would find it annoying!

It doesn't come off but you get used to it after a week tbh

Yes it’s for putting your wrist through in case you let go of the pram and it rolls away.
It’s a legal requirement in some countries so many manufacturers design their prams with it so they don’t have to have different stock for different countries.
They don’t usually come off but you could always cut it off if it’s annoying you too much!

The strap is to put your hand through when walking down a steep hill to make sure it doesnt roll away but also has instructions on it for folding the pram (world and parent facing). Could be cut off if you dont like but I just ignore it

I think both our old mamas and papas prams had the strap, you can cut it off or wrap it round and tie a hairband incase you aren't sure if you may want it in the future. It can be good if you are walking in snow/icy or its really windy but I think the occaro is a pretty decent weight otherwise

Ah thanks for the replies everyone! It's so tricky choosing a pram without looking at them in real life!
