My first pregnancy I didn’t click I was having Braxton Hicks until quite late. I was aware my stomach went hard but that was it, no pain/feeling.
This time I am 29 weeks and feel them multiple times a day and sometimes quite crampy with it...
what’s everyone’s experiences with them? When did they start? How often did you get them? How painful were they? X

I would say I have had 20 in the last 3/4 hours?! Is this normal?! X

Not sure if I can tell you all that much about them, but I actually just went to get these checked out last night! My whole stomach went hard, with a few contraction-y tightenings every now and again - but it overall went on for about 24 hours. The only thing that seems to help me is a hot water bottle and a shower/ bath! Would be interested to know if anyone else has any treatment ideas to soothe them though.

(I'm also 29 weeks btw!)

I’m 28 weeks and don’t think I’ve had any yet... would also be interested to know what they’re like and how often they happen!

I used to get up to 10 a day from very early on but I can't remember the exact week. Sometimes they'd come on when I wasn't doing anything although they were more common when I stood up, walked up a hill, orgasmed(!), etc.

20 does sound like a lot! I thought mine were bad!

Oh, and they were never painful, just uncomfortable. My lower stomach contracted and went hard as a rock for about 20-30 seconds.
