Pregnant in lockdown feeling so awful

Is anyone else struggling being pregnant in lockdown? I'm almost 9 weeks, I lost my 1st pregnancy in late jan/early February - a missed miscarriage everything was fine up until the 10th week and then I had brown discharge - it then took 3 weeks for me to fully lose the pregnancy. I'm finding it really hard going through this again, all the symptoms as before but this time with terrible heartburn and acid, and just insane searing hunger every 10 mins. I'm also living in lockdown with in-laws who I dont want to share the news with yet and I also haven't told the father because I'm scared we'll have to go through the disappointment of losing it all over again.
Is anyone else really suffering with early pregnancy symptoms and do you have any tips? I just feel dreadful no matter what I do - I'm also trying to work from home. Any advice welcomed.

Oh love. You are going through such a hard time. If it weren’t for lockdown you’d really be going through it.

It’s far from idea living with in laws.

Get something from the chemist for the heartburn and if you are hungry, eat. I was starving all the time at that stage.

I had the same experience losing a pregnancy - four weeks until I actually miscarried. But I too fell pregnant a couple of months after and that pregnancy was fine.

Aww OP, that’s so tough.

Are you sure it wouldn’t be better to tell your partner? I can’t imagine how hard this is for you without having support from him. I understand you wanting to protect him, but you need to be looked after too Flowers
