20 week scan at Colchester...Will they write down gender?

Long shot, but anyone here under care at Ipswich/Colchester?

I have a 20 week scan on Monday, and my Husband is really upset he can't come to see his baby and check it's all ok. I wanted to ask if they'd write the gender down and put it in an envelope, so I could let him open it and find out when we're together? Does anyone know if colchester are doing this?

I'm sure any service would do this if you asked. Doesn't take much effort on their part. You could bring the paper and envelope with you to the appointment

@pocketem, believe it or not, apparently some hospitals are refusing 😑

My hospital in East Midlands are refusing to. I think it's because there is a chance it is wrong and don't want to get sued.
