Pregnancy

Anyone who’s had both single births and twins - did you notice any differences in the first few weeks of pregnancy?

Hi 😊 I found out I was pregnant 4 days ago and I’m so happy, I’ve got 2 boys already and unfortunately had 3 losses (all early on including an ectopic)

I’m 4w 7d today and I’ve been having symptoms already, and I’m sure I didn’t have before. I’m always hungry but at the same time I’ll get nauseous when eating, and I’m getting bouts of nausea throughout the day too. I’m sure on my previous ones it didn’t start til 6 weeks or so. I also notice that I’m really bloated, my trousers are really really tight now even though I weigh the same. I’ve also been having more niggles in my stomach like cramps and sharp pains.

I’m having a scan at 6 weeks due to my previous losses so I’m going to be so happy just to see a little heartbeat, but having these symptoms early on does make me think if it’s possible I’m having twins? My nan was a twin and my sister nearly had twins (one unfortunately didn’t develop), so it’s on my mind

I know theres no real way to know until a scan but just wondering if anyone could tell early on? 😊
