Bump pics- how early did you show?

Hi ladies!

I'm pregnant with my third child and feel like I'm already starting to show. I know this is purely down to hormones and bloating but I'm just wondering how soon did you all feel you were starting to show?

Congratulations @Wotsits4357542 I hope you're keeping well! Aww that's so lovely you've just popped out. I was quite late showing with my last two children but that was 13 years ago and my body has significantly changed since then 🙈 I'm slim but by no means as athletic as I once was! 😂

I am just starting to show a little bit now and I am 19 weeks. It's not even that other people can see I am pregnant, but I definitely look like I've had a big Christmas dinner 😄

With dc1 I went to my 20 week scan without even a tiny bump, but then very quickly ballooned after about 24 weeks.

With dc2 I was struggling to hide my bump before12 weeks, and was looking very obviously pregnant by 16 weeks. But dc2 was 10lb at birth and I had an anterior(?) placenta, so that might have affected it.

Both my pregnancies I had small bumps.
With dd2 I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 5mths. I was still wearing my normal clothes. Due to unforeseen circumstances I actually lost weight when pregnant, some people didn't even know I was pregnant.

I'm thinking it's because it's my 3rd pregnancy that I'm maybe showing sooner or it's possible our dates are maybe slightly out. They counting it from my last period even though it was an early period and was very light.

I'm a bit relieved we're in lockdown because there is no way I'd be able to keep this quiet until 12 weeks!

I showed early during my first so much so someone at work patted my stomach and said what's this the day before my scan 😑band my mum on finding out after out scan said she suspected. This time round no different. I'm 14+4 but I'd say I look closer to what I did at 18/20 weeks last time. I've only had 15 months between pregnancies and my stomach muscles were non existent before anyway so I don't know if that's contributed.

16 weeks with my 1st. With my 2nd I was in maternity jeans at 9 weeks 😩 a mix of bloating and extremely weak stomach muscles I think. Both very large babies

Can I ask an odd question but does your bump feel firm? When I feel my stomach it’s firm like I’ve got abs now even though I definatly have never had abs 😂 my stomach was flabby and fat before . It’s also firm on my lower abdomen too and looks more round x

With my first pregnancy I had a tiny bump starting around 14 weeks but it wasn’t an obvious bump until 20 weeks and even then it was only obvious in maternity clothing .

I’m 11 weeks pregnant with baby number 2 and I have an obvious bump already . I don’t know if it’s bloat or what. After my first baby I still had a bit of a belly and probably looked a tiny but pregnant anyway . Now it’s fully sticking out and I’m like HOW!?? I’ve hardly put on weight but I can’t do up any of my jeans and I have officially outgrew my leggings even 😩

I guess the one upside to self isolation is that I can hide it longer . If I was still working I would have had to tell work by now as it’s obvious 😬

OMG YES!! That’s exactly how I would describe my tummy! So weird !

@MichelleOR84 glad it’s not just me! Think it’s def our bumps popping out then 😁
I’ve found my jeans are too tight and uncomfortable now so have ordered some maternity leggings from loveleggings.com so will see if they are any good. I posted on sm this morning a full length selfie and been told I’m still small even though theirs a definite bump and I feel like I’m big for 14 weeks and being my first! X

I m pregnant with my first and had a bump since 13 weeks, I m 14 now and it's very noticeable already.

With my 3rd I started to show around 19/20 weeks
