How many DPO can you test?

I've been getting what I think are symptoms, I've took a negative test it's saying I'm 3 days DPO so could be far too early?

I didn't get a BFP until the day my period was due so I d wait it out a week at least

Yes, that's far too early OP.
False negatives are common if you test too early so all you're doing is wasting money on tests while not actually getting a reliable answer.
I've seen the odd BFP from about 8/9 dpo but the closer you can wait till your period is due (or even better, missed), the more accurate your result will be.

It would be quite unlikely to have symptoms this early - they don’t usually show up for a few weeks. I think it’s also a bit early to test. I know how tempting it is but see if you can hold off until the day your period is due.

@zscaler No honestly I've had 5 pregnancys (only 1 live birth) and each time I get veins all across my chest and sensitive boobs sooo early on, just never actually tested this early I've always waited 😫 I think cause of all the losses I'm just eager now it's sending me crazy

@1990shopefulftm @sel2223 yeah 100% I did say I bet this is far too early after sobbing cause I got a negative 😫 I'm better off waiting 🤞

I know it's so hard waiting but you're just throwing money away otherwise.

I'm fairly certain you don't even start producing the HcG hormone until after implantation (usually between 6-10 dpo though it is possible to implant outside this range technically!). It then it takes a couple more days for the hormone to be high enough to be picked up by even the most sensitive of tests. I know you hear of lots of people who say they got their BFP really early (for example 5DPO) but they almost definitely ovulated earlier than they thought! As the others have said, it is best to wait another week at least and test again (I know how hard it is, so easier said than done I know!!)

@vegisaurus ya know what I think I actually ovulated early cause I been doing ovulation sticks but I'm SO confused I got 2 dark lines but a good few days apart! And faint lines inbetween!? So I'm just Guna go off my app which says 4 days DPO and wait and see. Omg it's so long 😫😫
