I know there will be some negative responses but we all make mistakes in life.

I was with my now ex partner for 12 years and having issues therefore split in November, and had a one nice stand in between trying to rekindle the relationship.

I am now 20 & 5 weeks pregnant.

I'm wondering if anyone could help make sense of the dates (will 100% dna the little one to ensure I know who's it is)

Ex partner - 18th November & 26th December

One night stand - 15th December

Thank you for any response x

I don't think there's any point in counting from your past period or using any calendar apps as by the sounds of it your periods are very irregular. So you count back 18 weeks and 5 days from today to find out the rough day of conception

Hi, did you have sex with your ex any time during 11-18th Dec? If so it's 50/50 if not its likely to be your ons.
Here's why: prior to dating scan the first day of your last cycle is used to determine likely gestation/due date this is based on average cycle being 28days/4weeks with ovulation occurring on day 14. More often than not ovulation occur 14days (with a small margin of wriggle room) prior to you getting your period. (im sure you know this)

So being past the point of dating scan you obviously now have an accurate gestation of 20+5weeks. So based on pregnancy being counted 14days/2 weeks prior to ovulation/conception to get an idea of when you ovulated take two weeks off your gestation and count back on a calendar. So count back from now 18+5 = probable ovulation around the 17th December 2019(with a little wriggle room). As we know sperm can live inside you for several days so my guess is sex between 11-18 Dec is making of this baby.

Good luck, I wish you all the best.

Date scans can be out. Mine gave my EDD 2 weeks out despite it being ivf & me knowing the date of embryo transfer which they refused to listen to & for some reason the OBGYN demanded to know why I was questioning the dates Hmm I gave birth 2 wks before their EDD btw

15 Dec would be 21 weeks
26 Dec would be 19 +3 weeks
Not really much to differentiate sorry.
You are going to need DNA if you can’t go by LMP as cycles erratic.
