Pink discharge or stain ??

I feel rly dumb,
But I don’t know if this is pink discharge or a stain..

I have a one year old & wasn’t paying attention when I got in my pjs and changed my underwear i dont think I went to bathroom since,
I sneezed a bunch and peed a little (pees a little when I sneeze since first baby) and then fell asleep, went to bathroom and saw this and am worried..

It doesn’t come off when I tried scrubbing it in dishwasher soap and water so I’m thinking it’s an old discharge/pee stain?? Wouldn’t it come

Ya I mean wouldn’t it come off in soap Nd water if it just happened ? It wouldn’t budge and I scrubbed it hard

I jusr don’t wanna go contact drs and gets tests done if its nothing
